Scope of service

CheckYourCrypto provides security guidance, operational tooling, documentation, training, and support services focused on Web3 risk reduction. We help customers make safer decisions, but we do not control third-party blockchains, wallets, protocols, exchanges, or partner systems.

Customer responsibilities

  • Protect your own accounts, devices, credentials, seed phrases, and signing environments.
  • Provide accurate information when requesting support or submitting transactions for review.
  • Follow internal approval and escalation policies agreed within your organization.
  • Understand that final signing authority remains with you or your designated personnel.

Fees, renewals, and support expectations

  • Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Custom enterprise terms, response windows, and deliverables may be defined in a separate order form or statement of work.
  • Response times can vary based on plan tier, severity, and the completeness of information provided during an incident.

Disclaimers and service limits

No security service can eliminate all risk. CheckYourCrypto does not guarantee that losses, exploits, phishing attempts, outages, or unauthorized transactions will never occur. Customers remain responsible for final decisions, including whether to sign, approve, transfer, or interact with third-party services.

Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, non-payment, or behavior that creates risk for our systems or other customers.
  • Customers may cancel according to their plan terms, but amounts already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or contract.
