The service
CheckYourCrypto provides blockchain analytics, wallet screening and transaction monitoring tools. Risk scores are analytical signals to support your compliance program; they are not legal advice and do not by themselves satisfy any regulatory obligation.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful compliance, risk and investigative purposes. You may not use CheckYourCrypto to facilitate evasion of sanctions or money-laundering controls, resell raw data without a license, or probe or disrupt the service.
Accuracy and limitations
Onchain attribution is probabilistic. We work to keep labels and detections current, but we do not warrant that any individual score is complete or free of errors. Material decisions should combine our signals with your own review.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckYourCrypto's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
