What we collect
Account details you provide (name, work email, company), usage data about how you interact with the product, and the wallet addresses you submit for screening. We analyze public onchain data; we never request or store private keys and we never custody funds.
How we use it
To operate the screening service, secure your account, improve detection quality, and communicate with you about the product. Screening queries are retained for audit purposes in line with regulatory expectations for compliance tooling.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal data. We do not share your screening activity with third parties except where required by law or with subprocessors bound by equivalent obligations.
Cookies
We set one functional cookie (cyc_consent) to remember your cookie choice for a year, and we use local storage for your theme preference. Optional analytics cookies are set only if you choose “Accept all” in the banner. We never set advertising or third party tracking cookies. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@checkyourcrypto.com. Data processing agreements are available for enterprise customers.
